About Jade Treen Somatics
How Jade Treen Somatics Was Born
Jade Treen Somatics was born out of a personal journey which began 20 years ago. The chaos of burnout, anxiety, and grief from losing my mother set me on the path of yoga, breathwork and somatic practises that led me to deep, embodied healing.
In my 30s, I was what many would call “high functioning.” I kept going, kept doing, held it all until my body said no. Grief stricken I reached my breaking point and knew I could no longer continue the way I was. So I embarked on the journey that led me here, founding Jade Treen Somatics so I can share my knowledge and experience to help you live a calmer life too.
Now I am in my 40’s and face the challenges that come with perimenopause and its symptoms. I have a clear set of skills to manage these and want to share them with you.
Somatic practise, yoga, and breathwork became my medicine. For my mind, nervous system, my hormones, and my sense of self. It was slow. It was gentle. But it changed everything.
